Our Exclusive Buyer Agency

 

 

At Find.a.home, we represent homebuyers exclusively, that is, 100% of the time. We have experience representing homebuyers since 1999. We do not list homes for sale.

For you, this means loyalty.

 

If a seller approaches us to sell their home, we will refer that seller to a reputable seller’s agent. Likewise, if you have a home to sell, we will find a reputable seller's agent for you. We will work closely with that agent to make sure things are going smoothly, but will not assist with selling your home.

 

The reason we work for buyers only is so we can negotiate the lowest sale price without any conflicts.

 

At Find.a.home, our buyer agency services are no additional cost to home buyers who use our exclusive buyer agency service.

 

Our commission is based on a split in broker fees and is paid from the seller's proceeds at the closing. We usually know the commission up front with houses we find through MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

 

In cases where there is no commission offered to buyer’s agents, we will try to negotiate a commission from the seller. If the seller refuses to offer a commission, as in some homes for-sale-by-owner, then we will not charge you for our services.

 

The reason behind our "no additional cost to buyers" policy is to offer you the same service regardless of which home you choose and without having to worry about paying an extra expense for broker’s services. Also, we hope that you will be completely satisfied and will refer our services to your friends and family.
