Only attorney-brokers can offer legal advice to buyers. So unlike most agencies, Find.a.home can find you a home, and protect your legal interests.

But we also have a real estate referral service that will find the right professional to help you in every area of your home buying process, such as home inspectors, lenders, and home repair professionals. We work closely with these agents for you: making the phone calls, checking the paperwork, setting dates and times, and even going to home inspections for you if you cannot be there.
We take the hassle out of buying a home by bringing every step together and making sure every step goes smoothly, so almost all you have to focus on is your actual move… we do the rest of the work for you!
Most of all, our buyer agency services are no additional cost to home buyers who use our exclusive buyer agency service. We take our fee from a MLS (Multiple Listing Service) split in commission from the seller’s proceeds from the purchase price of the home for sale.
Our legal services for the purchase of your property also are no additional cost to home buyers who use our exclusive buyer agency service and purchase a property in Massachusetts that offers commission to buyers agents.
